[Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: the annual cost of lithium battery enterprises for R & D and process improvement is not less than 3% of the main business income] Securities Times e Company, May 8, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicly solicited opinions on the regulatory conditions and announcement management measures of the lithium battery industry (draft for soliciting opinions). According to the draft for soliciting opinions, an enterprise should have the following conditions: registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the people's Republic of China, with independent legal personality, and independent production, sales and service capabilities of products related to the lithium battery industry. The annual expenditure on R & D and process improvement is not less than 3% of the main business income, and enterprises are encouraged to obtain the qualifications of independent R & D institutions, engineering laboratories, technology centers or high-tech enterprises above the provincial level; enterprises are encouraged to establish green factories; enterprises are encouraged to build or participate in the joint construction of pilot platforms; major products have patents for technological inventions; and the actual output in the previous year at the time of declaration is not less than 50% of the actual production capacity in the same year.
