Gelonghui May 19 丨 China Liansu (02128crashba.HK) announced that EDA had issued a prospectus on May 20, 2024 for the proposed spin-off and global offering. The prospectus can be viewed and downloaded from the EDA website (www.edayun.cn) and the Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) starting from May 20, 2024.

As disclosed in the prospectus, an offer will be made under the global offeringcrashbaThe total number of EDA shares in 2000 will be 97.625 million EDA shares (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised), equivalent to approximately 22% of the total number of EDA shares in issue immediately after the completion of the global offering, or 112 million EDA shares (assuming the over-allotment option is fully exercised), equivalent to approximately 25% of the total number of EDA shares in issue immediately after the completion of the global offering and the full exercise of the over-allotment option.

It is expected that the offer price of EDA shares in the global offering will be no less than HK$2.28 per EDA share and no more than HK$3.06 per EDA share.
